You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 5+ years of family law paralegal experience with active litigation support
- Are proficient in Clio or a comparable case management system — Clio experience strongly preferred
- Are genuinely tech-forward: you learn new tools quickly, embrace automation, and look for smarter ways to work
- Can draft and manage pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and litigation documents with precision
- Are organized under pressure and can manage competing deadlines across a busy docket
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Take ownership of your cases and follow through without being chased
- Understand that the families we serve are in hard moments — and bring patience and professionalism to every interaction
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys across a caseload of complex family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and agreed orders
- Manage case files, deadlines, hearing preparation, and document organization in Clio
- Coordinate with clients, courts, appraisers, mediators, and outside experts
- Utilize the firm’s AI-assisted drafting tools and proprietary discovery systems as part of daily workflow
- Maintain a fully paperless file system and uphold the firm’s documentation standards
- Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, witness lists, and logistics
